Looking to return a S6 SS Graphite. love the colour but the screen is defective!

Purchased today in a physical apple store but that's a long drive away, so looking to post the item back to Apple.

I have an emailed receipt from the apple store (Norwich, UK) but it doesn't state an order number and I need that to book the return?

How can I arrange this return?

Not 100% sure, as Apple Online is a different store than the Apple Store (I learnt a few years ago with my MacBook Pro), but I think they could set up something once you give them a call.

Honestly, the best you can do is give the physical store a call and discuss the best approach with them.
