I have been searching for sometime for a decent case

I wanted a compact case but the sleeves weren't suitable because i wanted a pocket to hold the charger too, perhaps a few other things.

Apple sell a case called the Tucano workout at £44.99, i did think this was a bit pricey and began looking for something else.

The other day i found the tucano for £24.99 at currys online if anyone else is interested : http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/tucano-workout-13-3-macbook-laptop-case-black-00926323-pdt.html

It was purpose built for the MBA. Upon receiving it, this was obvious from the perfect fitment in the laptop compartment. The foam edges of the inner compartment completely surround the laptop chassis when zipped. The bag is very well made; tough material and the inner sleeve compartment for the laptop is a suitable reflective material too.

There is enough room in the zipped compartment for the charger, although perhaps a little tighter than i hoped, but not to worry as the laptop is protected by foam between these 2 compartments. The opposite compartment will fit an ipad and there should be room for various cables like HDMI, phone cable and possibly a mini mouse.

The bag itself however is not that much bigger than a sleeve, very compact and initially it looks like a 10" bag, i.e. not big enough, which is actually a bonus because it is clearly the right size but demonstrates how compact it is.

Here is an alternative i found which i very nearly bought, also looks like an excellent bag. http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=friday+nylons&x=0&y=0

I normally get the crumpler bags because they have never let me down but sometimes, you want something a little more discrete when going to meetings or traveling. Real criminals know crumpler tends to house serious money gadgets. Cameras, laptops, mp3 players etc.

Neither of these bags have the flaws of others around their price range or cheaper. Some, even sold by apple have a terrible flaw which allows rainwater to seep in.
