I've searched the forums and come up with nothing.

Does anyone have a mail/postal address someone could use to make a complaint about an Apple Store?

Asking on behalf of a friend that's had really stinky service lately that I just witnessed at the weekend.

Cheers
Steve

If you bought something and have a receipt, there should be an address where you can leave feedback about the purchase, if it is bad feedback then the manager of the store will almost always contact you to ask what was wrong and what could be done to help.

Thanks but we've tried that and had no response.

Hence still searching for a post customer services address. <sigh> :(

^^ So send steve jobs an email, that will get the problem dealt with.

EDIT: Otherwise you can find Apple's address by going to "contact us" on Apple.com/uk

Ok well the manager should have contacted you if you did do the feedback thing. When I worked for apple not too long ago, they made a major deal about positive and negative feedback, so I would mention that no response too. Sounds quite unprofessional of them.

It's pretty impsossible to find a postal address, I remember many people asking for one but never getting it.

I'll go with sjobs@apple.com too.

If you go into Address Book and click on All/Apple Inc. you should see that it comes up with Apple's UK address and telephone number:

Apple Inc. UK
2 Furzeground Way
Stockley Park
Uxbridge
UB11 1BB
United Kingdom

Tel: 0800 039 1010

I had a problem with Apple earlier on this year when I bought a refurb'd iMac, without going into detail I would say that it's definitely worth contacting them, just keep asking to speak to someone with the authority to give you what you want. I held out and got a brand new iMac for the same price as the refurb I returned and a free set of Soundsticks (£150) as a "gesture of goodwill".

If you need any further help then please feel free to contact me; I used to work in customer service, let us know how you get on ;)
