UK Grand Prix to move to Donnington Park in 2010

I knew that Bernie Eccleston was in talks with Silverstone about its future as a Grand Prix venue, but I didn't think it would actually be moved!

Great news for me because I live nearer Donnington D), but will it make for a better race?

Edit: And couldn't the announcement have been made after this weekend's British Grand Prix?! Eccleston will be getting some icy stares at Silverstone this weekend!

i thought the BRDC had put together a viable plan for redevelopment of silverstone, so i wonder why bernie preferred donnington.
