1. Yes, you can.
2. You would need an acceptance letter from UCAS or from the University itself
3. No.
4. Something like that, it's £50 without VAT, so it should come out at £58.75.

What do you mean acceptance letter?

I am already in Uni in my final year as it happens, its just that I'm at home now for the next week and only just found out about HE diso**** so i cant log on from uni's system, but would like to purchase a mac this week.

You don't need an acceptance letter. You need a student id card. If you have an id card for your uni with an 8-digit student code on it then they will use that code.
It's the exact same code that they put onto an nus card. As long as you have a student id card with a photo on it and the 8-digit code, then they should accept that.
I Have one for uce and they accept that no trouble

1) Yes. I did last week
2) As i said before. Student id card or NUS card
3) Nope. any uni will do
4) It is only £58 pound when bought with the mac. With a mac it has something like 80% discount. Pretty gud.
But it is onlt something like 13% if bought seperatly. I kno this cos i bought my iMac applecare last week and got it reduced from £139 to £109 or somethin like that. They took my ID card number when i bought it.
Which mac do you want the applecare for?

Ach. I'm sorry. I presumed you'd be moving up from college =/

It's already been said that you'll need your student ID card, that should do the trick.
