[UK] Imessage / MMS problem (hacked?)

All,

I just received a picture message with some text from a number I did not recognise.

I thought nothing of it...

Then I got a text from another number i didn't recognising asking who I was...

Turns out they had received a picture message (similar to the one I got) from me (which I didn't send)...

Both of are are iPhone on O2 in the UK with iMessage.

Anyone else having any issues, and what the hell is going on!
