Anyone know of the cost/arrangements for walking into an Apple Store and getting a fix.

Do they do an instant replacement?
New/Refurb phone?
How much?

Agreed. Make the appointment it cost me $39USD I believe or something close to that. Either way it was very cheap to replace and took about 10 minutes.

Out-of-Warranty Express Replacement Service is £29, but you have to pay the Out-of-Warranty Service Charge of £146.44 too.

If you post it there is a £7.44 shipping and handling fee too.

If Apple receive your iPhone and decide that it is excluded from Out-of-Warranty service they will also charge you an additional £560!

You are better off going into an Apple store and have a 'genius' decide there and then that you can have a ERS phone that is covered by OOW Service before receiving a brand new one and then them deciding whether it qualifies or not
