UK iPhone 4S replacement battery life

Anyone know anywhere I can sort one out? My phone is in constant use as a personal hotspot and so struggles with battery life

Also - if it's ALWAYS plugged in will that affect battery life - I ask this for the new battery I want to source
 
The heat, generated during the charging cycles will destroy the battery if the phone is in use during this time.
