UK iPhone Cellular vs Mobile

Just been playing around with my gf's iPhone 5 and realised that hers uses the term 'mobile' and mine uses 'cellular' in the general settings menu.
Both UK phones on 3, not a big deal but wondered what other people's say...

In:

Settings > General > International > Language

Your phone will be set to "English".

Your girlfriend's phone will be set to "British English".
