UK iPhone, not traffic resports in Maps?

Hi, it may be me, but the traffic report button in maps is greyed out? do you think they will add the feature soon or do you have to be on the correct roads to view the traffic? I tried the M25 but nothing.

Google hasn't yet added UK traffic info to Google Maps.

a little off topic but can you set google maps to do a walking route not a driving route been playing around gave it a few routes i do on foot all the time and it always gives the driving route which is a massive detour because of one way systems ???
