Any UK iphone users on O2 noticed a bump in their Edge browse speeds?
I have been fortunate enough to have had the iPhone here since late June, and remember clearly then, the browse speeds via Edge on O2 where terribly slow and so never used it except at wifi hotspots.
Today i attempted to give the Edge network another try and i was taken back by the sudden increase in browse speeds - i visited several sites and all were fairly quick. Looks like the London area of the O2 network has already started recieving the Edge upgrade - that and the fact there are only a few users connecting to the Edge network could mean its pretty fast now, but on Launch when everyone will try and access it, I bet it will slow things a little.
