Unfortunately, I sent the documents to the old postcode (HR9 7WA), because I read somewhere in this forum that says Apple provides us the old postcode of the address.

I have not gotten anything in my post, I'm starting to worry my £95 might just go down the drain. Should I call them up, would they be able to do anything to help me ? Call customer service ?

Just wondering if anyone has the same problem with me :(

I'd suggest you call their customer service to see if they could help you on this situation. Unfortunately I never had this kind of problem before so I'm sorry to hear that.

There were huge delays with this promotion so I wouldn't worry too much. Mine arrived eventually. The website was not updated when my documents arrived, but give it time and it will come through.

My rebate came back to me within about a week of sending it. I made a point of using Royal Mail's Signed For delivery service, and when I took it to the Post Office she changed the postcode for me.

that's comforting, at least I know someone had the same problem as me. But it has been 2 months, thats why im getting worried. I called them and he told me not to worry and just wait.
