Ok, so I've decided I'm actually going to buy an iPhone 3G on o2 PAYG. I had been contemplating this over the past few weeks and looking at alternatives, but my options were a good pda type phone on o2 (costing £245) and an iPod Touch (costing £165) or an iPhone 3G (costing £344).
However, my question is: o2 give PAYG customers to upgrade their mobile phones and they get either free credit or money off the price of the phone and this is dependant on how much credit you buy. Does anyone know if this is the same if buying an iPhone?
