So I have an app I am nearly ready to launch. And some ideas for some more. As of right now I am a PAYE employee. From a liability point of view having a LTD company makes sense but is it really required? With a LTD company comes more complex tax: corporation tax, employers NI etc all comes in to play.

Do any UK based developers have recommendations for services to help setup and mange a LTD? What sort of fees are you all paying. If you just take the money from Apple as an individual I assume you just declare this as income and pay tax at year end?

I also have the complication that to be a director of any company would require approval from my current employer. Perhaps the Best approach is to start of selling in my own name and move to a LTD company at a later date if it becomes popular enough?
