Can anyone recommend one? ie MacUser, MacFormat, etc?

Why do you need one? Use and an iPad and browse MacRumors and you're all set.

All through the 90's and early 00's MacUser was the one but on the odd occasion I flick through one and very occasionally buy the UK edition of MacWorld is now the best in my opinion.

The UK version of Macworld is pure awesome. The US edition sucks balls. I've seen pamphlets in newspapers on Sunday bigger than the US version. Also MacFormat is great too, but they are on the expensive side at 13 or 14 bucks an issue.

iCreate is by far the best. MacWorld is ok.
