As the new iPhone uses a microsim how do you go about transfering your big sim to a small one? This is presuming you are remaining on your current contract etc.

I reckon it'll be a matter of just transferring your number like you can with all O2 sims. At least that's the method most PAYG customer like myself will be taking, maybe if your upgrading on contract the microsim they send will have your info and will only need activated.

i was planning on buying the new iPhone payg, and using o2 simplicity with it.

will this not be possible if the iphone only takes a microsim?

Hi

Currently we don't know anything for sure. If the new iPhone takes the micro sim and you are using an O2 simplicity deal then I think it will be easy, you will be able just to ask O2 for a new sim card that will be sent to you. Then you just call them and they will swap your account over.

Thanks.

Just spoke to someone at o2. She seemed sure that they will send out micro sims for free to replace the old sims.
