Hey,

Basically I just sent DATE to 21302 to find out my contract renewal date. The text back said "...As you're on Gold Priority List, you could get the iPhone 4 as an early upgrade". However, when I go on the early upgrade offer page of the O2 website, it says: "This reduced cost offer cannot be combined with any early upgrade eligibility you may have as part of O2 Priority List".

So can I use my Gold Priority to get the iPhone cheaper than the early upgrade offer? My contract ends on 01/12/11.

Anthony

Good luck with that. You're gonna have to get the phone in store or online next Thursday, as O2 have dropped the ball big time and aren't doing preorders.

Ok then I guess I can't pre-order, but can I use my Gold Priority to get a discount on the upgrade? It basically means I can upgrade 6 months earlier, AKA a £120 saving. I'm just confused as to why on the text they sent me it pretty much says that I can have it early, but the website contradicts this.

Can anyone help?
