UK O2 International texts

It's probably been asked before, 99.9% of you probably don't care, but ...

on the pay monthly iPhone plans in the UK (on O2) ... how much is it to send a text to USA and how much is it to receive a text from USA? or is it like the MMS and counts as like 4 bundle texts?

If anyone can help, thanks very much
