UK order process for 8gig ram?

Do I have to do a special order for 8gig of ram or do the apple stores stock them?

You have to order through the website Apple UK. The stores just stock the ready made options in my experience

You might find a flagship store such as in London might have that config but more than likely it will be the top spec.

My local store (MK) didn't stock anything more than the 4gb models.
