Having just switched to the mac I'm still figuring out which software to use to replace various bits I used on Windows.

Previously I used Microsoft Money 2007/8 to keep track of my personal accounts, load in downloaded bank statements in quicken / money format and to monitor spending & budgets.

What would people recommend to use on the Mac, bearing in mind I live in the UK and will thus be dealing with pounds and pence?

I second this. I too would like to know about any good mac software for personal accounts in the UK:)

I use squirrel (http://www.squirrelapp.com/) it is by far the best i found so far and it recently added iphone support too. it was setup as a student project and the developers are continuously updating and improving the the service. Its relatively cheap which also helps! another one to keep an eye on is iBank but i don't think they support us in the UK yet and that retails at about £50.00
