How much does everyone expect the new iPhones to be?

Im hoping for the iPhone 4 to drop to ~£250...

Much more for a phone just seems rediclious...

I'll be getting it on O2 contract I think so just hoping to get the 32gb for less than £100 on 18 months at £35/month. I've filled my 16gb so want the extra space

iPhone 4 = Current 3GS Price
iPhone 4s/5 32gb = Current iPhone 4 16b Price
iPhone 4s/5 64gb = Current iPhone 4 32gb Price

Last year on the day of release I got the iPhone 4.
I paid £180 to buy myself out of my previous contract and paid £179 to then upgrade my contract. My contract was a £45 a month one for 18 months and I got the 32Gb version.

I reckon I'll be paying a lot more this time around  (apart from the contract buy out, as I'm already eligible for an upgrade :) )

So you paid over £700 for a phone that only costs £500?

----------

iPhone 5 will be £510 as usual, the older models will drop.

I'll continue with my unlimited data and unlimited texts and 200 mins for £10 a month from giffgaff.

:D

Also hoping for the £500 mark, then seeing out my contract to december and moving over to join you on GiffGaff :)

I envisage something along on the lines of...

iPhone 4 - £349
iPhone 4S/5 16GB - £419
iPhone 4S/5 32GB - £519
iPhone 4S/5 64GB - £599

All sim free that is.

You'll probably be able to get a second hand iPhone 4 for around £250 if you're lucky...

I sold my spare 16gb iPhone 4 for £400 cash just a few weeks ago so I doubt you will be able to get one for £250 even with the new versions coming out.

You're right, 250 for a phone is ridiculous, smartphones have been at this price point for years. If you can afford it, get it, but don't expect Apple to cut the price of the new phone, it never happens (with the 2G exception). Also, if it's ridiculous, you can, you know, not buy it....

You're in dreamland if you think it'll drop to that low a price...

That's a good price for a 16GB. I've got a 32GB which I'm planning on selling if I get a new iPhone. I think I'll be lucky to get that much. It is factory unlocked and in very good condition. That said I'm not going to sell it until after I get the knew one. Hopefully I can get £350-400.
