UK Refurb Store update times

I'm looking for a refurb TV but they are so rare in the UK Refurb Store, does anyone know when it updates, ie 9am Mon to Fri, randomly throughout the day?

I think it's random. Refresh it whenever you have the chance... I have been doing that for one macbook and one macbook pro..

I've got a webclip widget running in dashboard, not sure how often that updates though...
