UK registering SDK?

I've seen posts banded about regarding the £59/$99 to join the SDK. I've gone to join from the Apple UK website but cannot find a UK price? It redirects me to the US and states the $99 which of course is £70!

Can anyone provide me with a link to the UK SDK signup? Or was the £59 figure banded about when the exchange rate was a bit better UK wise?

I paid yesterday the following from the US links:
Total: £ 48.56
Discount (Incl. in Total): £ -0.00
VAT @ 21.5%: £ 10.44
Order Total: £ 59.00

Was bounced to the UK store for the final purchase.

Another question though - Does registering as an indiviual or Company change how many devices you can register?
