I ordered two 16GB iPhones 4's on the 22nd July with an estimated shipping date of the 12th August. However, I've just had an email saying they've been shipped and will possibly be delivered tomorrow, just 6 days after ordering! Woot.

It remains to be seen when they will actually get delivered... :D
 
I ordered a 2nd 32Gig iP4 on the 22nd - still showing as:

Not yet shipped
Ships: Aug 12
Delivers: Aug 17


Doh... :(

In the U.S. though.
 
wow! is that luck or what? I hope thats the real case.

Ordered mine on the 24th for a 16gb. lets hope it will come soon.

"Not yet shipped
Estimated Shipping: 13 Aug, 2010
Estimated Delivery: 20 Aug, 2010"

They were delivered this morning at 7:50am exactly a week after ordering! Woot :D

Just to put things in perspective:

Ordered on the 22nd direct from Apple
Estimated Shipping 12th August.
Estimated Delivery 19th August
Delivered on the 28th July!

At 18:00 on the 27th July it was still reporting the same estimated ship and delivery dates. But at 21:45 that all changed and it said they would be delivered the next day. Amazing.

lucky u :( i've been putting off ordering one on the apple store waiting for the 3 week wait to come down (yeh, i've put it off for more than 3 weeks, shoulda just ordered one i know!!)

congrats! ok..i ordered 2 days after you.(thought my estimated shipping date is on the 16th Aug)..lets hope i will hear something from them today or tomorrow! Woot!
 
Wow, ok, that's good news! I got put off ordering one since it was a 3 week wait, but then I just went ahead and ordered it on the 27th July from :apple: store online. They rang on the 28th to confirm, and my estimated shipping date is the 17th.

But this thread just made me excited :D
 
I ordered a 32gb on the 18th with shipping on 09/08 and delivery on 18/08 so I can only speculate that there are more 16gb models being produced? Mine is still "not yet shipped".

Also 10 days for delivery to London seems harsh!

I live just outside London and they told me 17th shipping and 19th delivered. 2 days.

Maybe because you have the Regent St store closer they're punishing you :p
 
After reading quite a few threads on this, it seems that Apple is shipping 16GB much more quickly than 32GB iPhone 4s.

Are there any official stats on the popularity of each model?
 
Only ordered today as they are only just out for Ireland, showing as shipping on 22 August :(

I wants one NOW :D:D
 
I ordered mine July 16th and got email saying dispatched today, but will take a week to ship (5th august). I'm hoping it'll come earlier judging by what some people have experienced

Ordered mine on July 14th still says not yet shipped, estimate is 4th Aug for shipping and delivery 13th Aug. Is yours a 16GB model drewbwfc? mines 32GB
 
Seems like the 16GBs are getting sent off but the 32GBs aren't yet... "/


Anyone ordered a 32GB and has had it being shipped recently?
 
The iPhone 4 is no longer in short supply in the UK. I have been to three different town centres on business today, and visited all of the major stockists in each one. ALL had both 16GB and 32GB in stock ready to go.

But only on contract.
If you want one sim free, then you will have wait.
 
How long are people tending to wait for orders to be sent online? I'm nearly on day 19 of waiting for my 32 GB iPhone 4 to change from 'Not yet shipped'. I have a feeling it is going to be longer than three weeks, after which I will be really annoyed. Especially since Apple have decided to launch the iPhone 4 in more countries, when it can't even fulfil orders quick enough in countries where people have already been waiting for a long time!

Ordered my 32gb on the 11th July, it will be delivered to me in London on Monday.

You realize that those living in countries where it has not been released have waited just as long, right?

Yeah 16gb. Can't wait, just trying to find a case now not to many out there that grab me though.
