can somoene please explain to me this concept of personal hotspot and tethering? are they the same or different?
I have an iphone 4 under vodafone and when i go to personal hotspot, it just keeps working but nothing comes up (spinning ring).
are there any amazing deals for it? i.e. unlimited data in UK etc. i think mine has a fair usage rubbish! etc.
