iPhone 13 Pro UK trade in question

Hi all,

I’ve ordered my sierra blue 13 Pro for pickup at my local store on the 24th - I’m trading in my old 11 Pro which is my current phone. Didn’t realise you can’t trade in in store and have to send it off via the prepaid box - can I do this once I’ve picked up my new iPhone next Friday? I can’t be without a phone!

I believe you can send it off once you've got your new phone you have 14 days to send it once the box is received, I think you can just trade in at store as people have done so in the past so might be worth asking
