Hi there,
I ordered and paid for my Snow Leopard upgrade weeks ago when i got my new uni MBP.

I purchased from the Apple UK online store so used this link http://store.apple.com/Apple/WebObjects/ukstore?&partNumber=MC204Z/A
And filled an online claim with my MBP serial number. Now do i still have to forward on a copy of the receipt?

My status says, order has been received but there is no mention of it in my account?

I have not received my SL yet.
