UK users - giff gaff- HELP!!!

Ok.. I need to log into my account and activate my SIM for the first time.. I am leaving for London in less than 3 hours and am FREAKING OUT because I cannot log into my account at ALL.

I can't even log in to get HELP! What the heck can I do!? It seems like the site is having major issues..



I already have my credits on my account I just need to log in to activate it.

I can't open their site to help you out. Keep getting internal errors on their site.
Can anyone else open their site?

They don't even have a line to ring, right? But then I guess that's the price you pay for such a cheap service.
