UK users: Where to buy super-cheap (refurbished?) SSDs and RAM?

Pretty much what I put in the title...

Best I have found so far is Ebuyer.com which seems reliable and quick postage, but I guess they don't do refurbished stuff which I understand can be a lot cheaper?

Looking for 1x 1GB DDR2 667Mhz RAM (less than £10 if possible?)

and

64GB\128GB SSD... (anything under £40?) Have had good experience so far with a Kingston 128GB in my iMac 2,1

these are both for my Macbook 2,1 (EMC 2139) which is currently 2.5GB, 2.0 Ghz on Lion and running slightly annoyingly slow.
