Is there a UK version of ColorWare or something like it for people in the UK?

I'm sure when I emailed them about the UK they replied saying the reason they don't is because of international shipping issues but I think they said you can buy a new customized computer from them and get it shipped here you just can't send your current computer to them for colorware product. I could be wrong, it was a while ago I asked them this. You can email them on the link below,
