No idea! It was posted on another forum so I thought I'd post it here in case it was of use to anyone. I've not actually used it myself

Edit to add: It appears you have to give them some personal details then it gives you a voucher to print...

The Jaeger turtleneck which went in at the same times had no such problems. And if I recall, it wasn't that much more expensive.
