Which store is the best to buy from? I'm interested in top quality service, easy returns if needed and possibly insurance.

Thanks

Avoid Carphone Warehouse at all costs.

My partner thought he'd upgrade at CPW since he was already with them… a simple delivery and contract extension turned into a nightmare of 2 (two) whole weeks without any cellphone as the number was cancelled by CPW. No replacement sims were sent. Truly bad service.

In the end he went straight into an O2 shop, cancelled his old CPW contract and started a new one with O2…

Painful.

My advice would be go straight to Apple (which I did).

Due to the fact that I have a friend that works in CPW, I got mine from there.. I didnt run into any problems and my white iphone is running perfectly.... plus a staff discount made it alot sweeter.....

Can you return opened iPhone 3Gs (and terminate their contracts) within 14 days at O2 stores like you can at Apple Stores?
