And for those are to lazy here's a synopsis.

These guys have invented a coating of some kind that coats the inside and outside of electronic devices allowing them to run underwater.

This coating would not only allow the iphone to run underwater, but would provide a scratch proof layer to the iphone without compromising the size or beauty of the iphone itself.
