Hi, i have the Metro FI 1.5 earphones for about 2 months now for my 1st gen iphone. Recently the button that play/pause and answer calls has become unresponsive. I have tried to contact UE, but as of yet, not heard back. Im thinking of just requesting a return # and sending back. But these are my only pair of headphones I currently have for the phone. So I wanted to rule out that is a headphone issue and not something i can do with my phone to solve the issue. So, is there any troubleshooting i can do with my phone before i send this back?
