Ultra 2 Battery Questions

I picked up a refurbished ultra 2 and wore it for the first time last night. The battery drained 12%. Is that normal or do I have too many sensors enabled?

Also, I have battery optimize setting set on, but for some reason it’s still charged to 100% yesterday evening. Maybe because it was brand new and detected a lot of activity of me setting it up?

I probably still need to tweak the settings, but not sure which ones to do just yet.

Congrats, I’ve had mine since since launch day and love it.
I have sleep focus on for about 9 hrs during the night so no display) and it use 8-10%.
Since yours is new, there’s a lot of stuff going on, you gotta give it a couple weeks of regular usage to get a good picture.

As for the 80% charge limit, works for some and not for others, there are several threads here, most recent just a few posts down.

Make sure you’re up to date on watchOS..

Thanks for the reply. I guess my 12% isn't as bad as I thought it was considering yours was 8 to 10%.

I do have always on switched off, so it's not on all night.
I will monitor it over the next few days and see how it goes.
I have a real hard time paying for Apple.

Today it was only down 7%. I guess I got a better lockdown yesterday. It went to a red screen for night mode, which is just the same as my regular day mode. I guess I enable something to change to a basic lock screen with just the time on it
