Hello,

So I have had my ultra 2 watch for I guess 2-3 months now. Before that I had the Apple Watch SE2. Is it normal for the crown ring to turn a bit slower and with a bit of effort than the other Apple Watches.

I am wondering if it’s because it’s still kinda new and to be honest I don’t really turn it around that much anyway but just wondering if it’s normal or could it be faulty?

clean it under water

Thank you. Will try that and will see if it makes a difference.

I have the launch-day U2, so 15 or so months old, crown moves smooth as ever. I do wear it while showering, almost never have to worry about cleaning it ;)
I figured out the problem. I didn’t have to clean or or anything. Basically I need to loosen the band as it moves smoothly when I am not wearing the watch. So loosened the band a little and it’s working now as normal lol. Yes I wear mines constantly every day during shower too. It’s a good watch only need to charge it every 3 days but yup all good now thank you.
