took a call outside today and noticed the volume over the call was still low. volume is full but i don’t think this seems much louder than the standard AW. what’s your thoughts?

ok agreed. i stupidly thought double speaker, double volume! it’s ok in a quiet room but not loud even when cranked
Yeah, but... Apple quotes a 40% increase in volume. They don't specifiy that the db figure is taken from one speaker doing something and then later adding the db of the siren. If that's the case, their advertising is very deceptive. The siren isn't that loud, either.Well, one speaker is the normal speaker, the other is dedicated to the siren and not as a second speaker.
My siren is a JOKE. Around a bunch of family members and set the siren off and they all laughed.that siren is crazy loud. i wish it boosted calls!
Just spent a half hour on the phone with tech support. No resolution to the volume issue. I could either take it to a store or send it in for repairs. If I were the only person seeing this, I'd do that, but I hesitate, since y'all are also seeing this. We have no local Apple Stores locally and it's a ride through the mountains to get to one. Mailing it in would mess up my trade-in window, as I woudn't want to send the Series 8 back and be without a watch while they repair it.
I would suggest that anyone else having this problem also call tech support, so they know that this isn't an isolated issue. The more calls they get, the more likely they'll look for a faster fix.
