I am looking for an ultra thin bumper with metal buttons. Does anyone know of one or one I could modify myself? I am looking for case similar to the Pinlo Blade edge without the rubber buttons.

Wow I've never heard of this before. Any reviews or opinions on this? Looks good.

I'll be reviewing it soon.

These bumpers look great - I look forward to your review :)

Thats basically bridging the gap between bodyguard stickers and the Apple bumper. $24?? hell no!

hishop product is pretty good i have all of there screen protectors and i would say that they are high quality, very close to sgp i think. although sgp has the optics now which is great screen protector

Yea spending $24 on a accessory for a phone is crazy.

For all the cases out there you can spend $24 on that is the least likely to provide any benefit.

Spending $24 on useful accessories is superb (insert sarcasm)

You should check out the deff cleave bumper, its rather thin and comes with all the metal buttons. I initially started a thread on a group buy but there is a new thread now with a direct link coming for purchasing.

+1. Except it is much more expensive than this one.

The $24 one appears to be slimmer. The one you linked to is just a knock off of the original apple bumper. Or so it seems.

Nope! If you look at the pictures of the bumpers in the eBay description they look identical to the ones in the link. The only difference is you are getting ripped off completely in the link, the eBay ones you are paying a price that is relatively comparable to the cost of making a piece of rubber.

But if you want to pay that much for a bumper which will be made in china just like all the other ones (including apples) then be my guest!

the ones in the ebay link are Apple knockoffs NOT the same as mentioned in this thread.

Since apple created the bumper, all bumpers that look the same are knockoffs of the original design. The point is that the bumpers in the link look the same as the ones on eBay but a fraction of the price.

i'm not going to debate this but clearly the bumpers featured in this thread are thinner and different then the "apple style" bumper be it original or knockoffs your referring to.

look at the images here http://www.thehishop.com/case/uko-skinny-bumper-for-iphone4.html

its similar but it looks like more silicone and less hard plastic...and totally over priced :) they even claim it can be free standing on the bottom or side. Can your "apple style" bumper free stand on its own side?? mine cant

Agreed it does look thinner but is that price worth that bit of thinness? I guess the op could answer that because he wants a thin bumper!

I didn't mean to argue I just don't want to see someone get ripped off :). You have to admit it is way overpriced for what it is
