Ultraglass 2 problem at the Apple Store

So, upon picking up my 17 pro max I had the apple store apply the ultra glass 2 protector. The associate was very meticulous and careful and it was beautiful and perfect upon leaving the store.

Within a week the bottom right corner started lifting up then it went up the right long side. Went back and they said that was very odd but then the different associate applied a new one. Again they were very careful.

Fast forward about 10 days and now the exact same thing is happening. I have not been to the store but plan on requesting a refund and will buy another kind myself.

Could there be anything wrong with the assembly of this phone? Seems weird to me.

Was there a message on the screen or a recording from that 17 pro max saying:
"Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!"

I was reading that the orange phones are decaying on the edges nowadays,
 is sliiping lately with QC but not this bad, as hopefully just several phones are effected.
