Ultrasn0w 0.93 unlock allows incoming only

I have a 3GS Mc model on 3.1.3, jailbroken by spirit and went for unlock via ultrasn0w and when i put a diff sim in, as shown in the pic below.

I did my unlocking via my wifi network as the phone is locked to orange UK. I have the orange sim card but am not in the UK any more. The different sim inserted shows full network and yet stuck on emergency screen.

Can anyone put some light to what is going on?????
Have searched for solutions for 3 days yet no luck

Did you try connecting to Itunes. It could be that it just wants to update your carrier settings. Obviously do not let Itunes update your firmware.

Thanks for your concern.

When i connect with a diff sim in the itunes it says theat the sim is not the correct one

What happens when you put the orange sim in? Does it at least unlock the screen and just say "waiting for activation?"

yes when i put the orange sim in it says waiting for activation. It searches for network and as i am in Bangladesh it doesn't catch any network, after few mins it says no service
