Ultrasn0w not unlocking iPhone 3G.

I jailbroke with redsn0w, and upgraded to the 6.15 bb. Everything went smoothly. downloaded ultrasn0w and nothing happened. Rebooted several times, and eventually realized 3G was on. Turned off and Tmobile appeared, but I couldn't make any phone calls or texts. Was able to make one text 2 nights ago and it hasn't worked since. tmobile isn't even showing up anymore. it just says "no service". Any suggestions?

Reinsert sim, reboot, reinstall ultrasnow. Rinse wash repeat until working. It's that simple.

If what hack said doesn't work, try a restore, re-jailbreak, re-installation of the iPad baseband, etc until it works.
