ultrasn0w on i4 can't send mms

I tried removing ultrasn0w and reinstalling, whenever ultrasn0w is not there, MMS sends files fine. Whenever it is, there is an exclamation point and the picture messages can't send. Not that big of a deal for when I am in Europe in a couple of weeks, but anyone know why? Tried updating mobile substrate too.

I also see a carrier tab in settings when I have ultrasn0w enabled and no carriers tab when I don't have ultrasn0w. Any idea for this one?
