Ultrawide Display on M2

Will the new MBA support an Ultrawide with split screen capability or will it limit one of the screen views?

M1 and M2 only support one display. The second input of the UltraWide (for split view) needs to come from a different computer or you need to use DisplayLink from the MBA).

thanks...My plan is to be able to see my windows laptop and my Mac on the same screen so I suppose this should work according to your answer.
