Basically an app called ZenMap (nmap's GUI) is crashing in 10.7.2.
I've noticed a few isolated incidents reporting the issue scattered on the web, but I'm trying to figure out if it's perhaps an application conflict or something.
For those that don't know, nmap is a program with an array of network security applications.
To replicate the problem:
Download nmap's latest stable release (here), run the install mpkg in the dmg to install.
Now run the Zenmap application (will ask for your password for sudo).
Does the GUI run or not? Please post your system specs if you could.
Alternate suggestions on how to remedy this problem are obviously welcome (and yes, I did email the development team).
