Ok, so I have a 2009 uMB 2.4 with 4GB/500GB and my battery cycle count with coconut Battery states it is at 418 Cycles and the Life states 96%, my question is?

Is that good

How many cycles should I get out of the battery

This is the unibody MacBook the one they are calling the Classic uMB and I have had this since it was new, I bought this around February 2009, so just under 2 years old.

It's good if you get more than 4 hours battery life with wifi on, display at half brightness, and running several internet apps.

It's average if you get 3-4 hours.

It's getting old if you get less than 3 hours.

Of course, all those depend on how much you want/need in battery life and whether it's worth it to pay for a replacement.

Thats quite a few cycles I have a 3 year old Black MacBook and it has only 132, but it is almost always plugged in.

It's just about how long the battery lasts at this point. Read that link and it should tell you everything you need to know.
