uMB iSight keeps dying on me.

I have tried PRAM. It would cause my camera to work for a while, probably around a couple of days or a week or so. Then my iSight would die again. Then with the PRAM again. Is it hardware or software? I mean, several people has the same problem too. If it's the logic board... FML. I got my at Other World Computing but after doing some more research, they apparently aren't authorized to sell Apple products. What should I do? I got my for Black Friday last year so should I get Apple Care and then bring it in? Or should I bring it in now? Or can I even bring it in? Thanks for the help guys!
