uMBP Swapped HDD Slow Boot Time

I just swapped my 250GB Hitachi 5200rpm HDD with a Seagate 320GB 7200rpm HDD and now the boot times are a lot slower. Before the swap I timed the boot up time to be around 55 secs. Now it's just under a 2 minutes. Once booted everything seems fine. Do I just need to give it some time to "work it in" or has anyone else experienced this as well?
