iOS Umm, where is the 'I Agree' button on the iPhone Developer Program?

Hi,

I am attempting to agree to changes in my iPhone Developer Program University Student Agreement.

I have tried this in Safari 5, Firefox 3.6.4 and Chrome and I see no 'I Agree' button. Please see my screenshot below [1]

Any idea what's going on here?
