I recently did a clean reinstall of OS X on my MBP (first generation before multi-touch) using the disk that came with the computer. Now I have iDVD, iPhoto and GarageBand, but I'm missing iMovie and iWeb.

How do I install these apps from the disk?

You need to insert the restore DVD, then choose install bundled software ...

iLife will be an option.

I don't have a disk labeled that way. I have OS X Install disk 1 and OS X Install disk 2.

Well try putting in disk 1 and seeing if it has bundled software. If not then put in disk 2. All Mac's come with iLife these days so it's safe to assume it's on one of those disks...
