I installed MacCsound in my mac there, and when i dragged the image to my applications folder...it made me authenticate my password which it never does.

Afterwards i went to applications to creat a new folder, only it won't let me as the option is blocked out.

Does anybody know whats wrong?

Make sure its the App icon. There is no need to make another folder in the Applications Folder.

I have alot of different files for the one program, so i want to consolidate them in one folder.

But when i open Applications, it just refuses me the priviledge of creating a folder by ignoring my command.

I found out what to do. (Right click Applications and click get info)...., then click the little padlock to open it and then change the owner ship to USERNAME and authenticate.

Hopefully this helps others.
